We know legal stuff isn't as exciting as our bombolinis, but here's everything you need to know about ordering from our little shack and how we handle your data.
Terms of Service
The rules of the shack — explained like a friend would
Effective as of 4 August 2026We've made ordering as simple as picking your favourites from the display case. All prices on our website are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and include GST where applicable. We accept major credit cards, PayNow, and GrabPay.
When you place an order, you'll receive a confirmation email with your order details. This confirms we've received your order, but it doesn't mean we've accepted it yet. We'll send a second email once your doughnuts are being prepared and we've accepted your order.
Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering. Orders are only confirmed upon successful payment. If payment fails, your order will be automatically cancelled.
We deliver across Singapore (excluding restricted zones like Sentosa and military installations). Standard delivery fees apply based on location, with free delivery for orders over $80.
Delivery time slots are available Tuesday through Sunday, 10am to 6pm. You'll be able to select your preferred 2-hour window during checkout. Please ensure someone is available to receive your order — we want those doughnuts to reach you fresh!
For collection, orders can be picked up from our flagship store at [Address]. Collection times are available daily from 9am to 7pm. If you miss your collection slot, please contact us within 24 hours. Orders not collected within 48 hours may be forfeited without refund.
We get it — plans change. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled delivery or collection time. Cancellations made with sufficient notice will receive a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
For cancellations with less than 24 hours notice, we may only be able to offer store credit, as we may have already started preparing your order. Same-day cancellations cannot be refunded as our bakers begin their magic early each morning.
To request a cancellation or change, email us at hello@doughnutshack.sg with your order number. We'll do our best to accommodate!
Your safety matters to us. All our doughnuts and bombolinis contain wheat (gluten), eggs, and dairy. Many flavours also contain nuts, soy, or other common allergens.
Please note: While we take precautions, our kitchen processes all major allergens including peanuts, tree nuts, milk, eggs, wheat, soy, and sesame. We cannot guarantee that any item is completely free from cross-contamination.
Full ingredient lists are available for every flavour on our menu. If you have a severe allergy, please contact us before ordering so we can discuss whether our products are suitable for you.
All content on this website — including images, text, logos, and designs — is owned by Doughnut Shack and protected by copyright laws. Feel free to share your love for our doughnuts on social media (please tag us!), but please don't use our content for commercial purposes without permission.
We do our best to keep information accurate and up-to-date, but sometimes mistakes happen. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. Product images are representative — actual doughnuts may vary slightly in appearance because each one is handcrafted with love.

How we handle your data — baked with care
Effective as of 4 August 2026When you order from us, we collect your name, contact details, delivery address, and payment information. We also keep track of your order history (so we can remember your favourites!) and any dietary preferences you share with us.
When you browse our site, we collect standard browsing data like your IP address, browser type, and pages visited — nothing unusual, just enough to help us improve your experience.
We use your information to:
- Process and deliver your orders
- Communicate about your delivery or collection
- Send you updates and offers (only if you've opted in)
- Improve our products and services
- Comply with legal requirements
We never sell your data to third parties. Ever.
We take data protection seriously. Your information is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. Payment details are handled by our PCI-compliant payment processors — we never store your full credit card numbers on our servers.
We work with trusted third parties (delivery partners, payment processors, email services) who help us run our business. They're contractually bound to protect your data and use it only for the services they provide to us.
Under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request corrections to inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your data (with some legal exceptions)
- Withdraw consent for marketing communications
- Port your data to another service
