Frequently Asked Questions
How much advance notice do you need?
We recommend booking at least 3–5 days in advance for standard orders, and 1–2 weeks for large events or custom requests. However, we understand that sometimes things come up last minute — give us a call and we'll do our best to accommodate.
Do you offer dietary options?
Yes! We have vegetarian options available daily, and can accommodate vegan and gluten-friendly requests with advance notice. Please let us know your requirements when you enquire, and we'll make sure everyone at your event can enjoy our treats.
What areas do you deliver to?
We deliver to offices across Singapore. Delivery is complimentary for orders above $80. For smaller orders or locations outside our standard delivery zone, we'll let you know if any additional charges apply.
Can we include our company branding?
Absolutely. We offer branded packaging options, custom message cards, and even logo-topped doughnuts for larger events. Let us know what you have in mind and we'll work with you to create something special.
What's your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the event date receive a full refund. For cancellations within 24–48 hours, we can offer store credit. Unfortunately, orders cancelled less than 24 hours before delivery cannot be refunded as we begin preparing ingredients in advance.
