Our Packaging Promise
Each doughnut travels in a custom Doughnut Shack box with individual compartments to keep toppings intact and bombolinis upright. Plus, our boxes are designed to handle Singapore's tropical humidity—your glaze stays glossy, not sticky.
Everything You Need to Know
Our boxes are designed to protect your doughnuts, but a little care goes a long way. Keep your box away from direct sunlight and in an air-conditioned environment when possible. If you're traveling far, resist the urge to peek inside—every time you open the box, warm air rushes in. For journeys longer than an hour, we recommend popping them in an airtight container once you arrive.
Life happens—we get it. We hold orders for up to 2 hours past your selected pickup time. If you're running later, just drop us a WhatsApp message and we'll keep them safe for you. After 2 hours, we'll store them properly and you can collect during our next opening hours, though we recommend enjoying them the same day for the best experience.
We offer Morning (9AM–1PM) and Afternoon (1PM–6PM) time slots. While we can't promise an exact minute (Singapore traffic has its own plans), our drivers will WhatsApp you when they're 10–15 minutes away. For corporate events or special occasions requiring precise timing, reach out via our Corporate Orders page and we'll work out a custom solution.
Absolutely—we love being part of office celebrations and event spreads. For large orders (20 boxes or more), we offer dedicated delivery windows and can even help with setup if needed. Our packaging is designed with Singapore's tropical weather in mind. Each box is sealed and water-resistant, and our delivery partners use waterproof bags during wet weather. Your doughnuts stay dry and delicious, no matter what the skies decide to do.
For same-day deliveries, address changes must be made at least 2 hours before your selected time slot. For next-day orders, you can modify details until 6:00 PM the day before. Simply reply to your confirmation WhatsApp or email us—changes are free of charge, though additional delivery fees may apply if the new address is outside our standard zones.
Freshness Guarantee
For the best experience, enjoy your doughnuts within 4 hours of delivery or collection. If you need to store them, keep them in an airtight container at room temperature—never in the fridge, as this affects the texture of the glaze and filling.
